A place after the match
A little care goes a long way.
At Baba’s is an independent home for looking back at Deadlock matches. Made for the curious player, the close game, and the moment you want to understand.
Keep the good moments.
Make room for the difficult ones.
Come back when you’re ready.
Why At Baba’s?
Deadlock’s Baba is a fixture of the city: a familiar bench, spirit pigeons, and more than a little mystery. We liked the idea of a familiar place to return after a match.
Our lamplit rooms, neighborhood details, and invitation to pull up a chair are our own interpretation. They are not official Deadlock lore.
This is a fan-made project, unaffiliated with and not endorsed by Valve. Deadlock and its characters belong to Valve and their respective rightsholders.
Good analysis starts with honest data.
Public discovery uses Deadlock API, an independent community provider. Its match history can be incomplete. A match can have statistics without a downloadable replay.
Steam sign-in verifies who you are. It doesn’t unlock complete match history, and we never ask for your Steam password, Steam Guard code, or session secrets.
Replay analysis comes from our parsing pipeline. We identify its source, build and extraction details on the analysis page. Missing observations remain missing; we don’t substitute invented statistics.
Your notebook is private.
Your uploads, analyses and saved moments are accessible only through your signed-in account. This release has no public sharing. Player and match discovery use public provider records.
In live storage, raw replay files are retained for 7 days; derived analyses for 90 days. Saved notes stay until you delete them, but their replay may no longer be available after its analysis expires. Private recovery backups rotate after deployments and can retain deleted data in up to three recovery points.
Delete analyses and notes from your notebook. Necessary session cookies keep you signed in and protect requests. No advertising or tracking analytics are included.
Your Steam identity, processing records and files are stored to operate these features. Provider requests reveal the player or match being looked up to that provider.
A place with its own character.
Our illustrated settings are original concept art. The headings use Fraunces by Undercase Type; the interface uses Barlow by Jeremy Tribby. Both are licensed under the SIL Open Font License. They are chosen substitutes, not the game’s exact fonts.
Interface icons are from Lucide under the ISC license, with MIT notices for inherited Feather icons. Read the icon notices. Hero monograms and replay geometry are rendered by the application rather than borrowed character art.
The replay map is a schematic reconstruction. Its alignment status is shown in the viewer, and a build without validated map alignment is clearly marked.
